Well KLM is rolling out more social networks. They started in China probably with succcess.This migh be a great case to migrate social networks to the truely mobile domain(not talking about laptops). Only thing is that I sometimes miss the relevance of certain communities/networks. This relevance need to sought in the reasons for intereracting. Why is KLM authorized to fulfill this need?

What I currently see is a corporate wanting to change the relation between him and his customer(more turnover) instead of facilitating “needs fullfillment” between members. Am I wrong?

Anyone had any experience with KLM club?
